What's Included

Cost includes 2 nights' accommodations, 6 meals (Friday dinner - Sunday lunch), programs, and events. For more information on accommodations, meals, programming, and more, visit: cbst.org/retreat.

Deadline

The registration deadline is end of day Sunday, April 19, 2026. Please note that refunds cannot be accommodated after this date. Thank you for accommodating this deadline, so we are able to meet the deadlines of the retreat center.

Scholarships & Payment Plans
A limited number of need-based scholarships are available in response to requests made by end of day Friday, April 10, 2026. Instructions:

Step 1: To request a scholarship or payment plan, please check the box below; you will not be asked to pay anything when you submit this form. 

Step 2: When you have completed registration, please fill out and submit this request form. CBST staff will be in touch to continue the scholarship or payment plan request process once that form has been received. 
Registration Options
Adult Registration/Housing Costs
Note that all rooms have a single private bathroom.
  • Single ($460) - limited quantity
  • Double with two twin beds ($345 per adult) - minimum occupancy  of 2
  • Double with one queen bed ($345 per adult) - minimum occupancy of 2
  • Triple with twin-over-twin bunk and separate twin bed ($345 per adult) - minimum occupancy of 3
  • Triple/quad with twin-over-queen bunk and separate twin bed ($345 per adult) - minimum occupancy of 3
  • No housing ($125 per person) - CBST cannot assist in finding or booking outside accommodations
Child Registration Costs
  • Children (4 - 12) = $125 per child staying in a room with parent/guardian(s)
  • Children (0 - 4) = No additional charge
Optional Add-Ons
  • Round trip bus ($100/person)
  • One-way bus from CBST to camp OR camp to CBST ($60/person)














The bus will leave CBST at 12:30pm on Friday 5/15 and depart the camp at 2:00pm on Sunday 5/17.

  • Additional Adult(s) - If you are registering 2 adults from your household together (with or without children) please make sure you select "2" from the "# Adults" dropdown above. If you are registering more than two adults together, please select the correct number in the "#Adults" dropdown above and click "Add another adult" at the bottom right of the Additional Adult section below, and then fill in the details for each additional adult.
  • Child(ren) - If you selected child attendee(s) from the dropdowns above, a field will open up for you to add info for your child(ren). If registering more than one child, please click "Add another child" at the bottom right of the first child section and then fill in the details for each.
